Duties:


Raising invoices to UK based retail customers and worldwide stations 


Data entry and running of daily/weekly reports


Resolving queries that may arise from invoices raised and raising credit notes as required


Daily banking and allocating payments to customer’s accounts

Accounts Clerk

Duties:

Dealing with international suppliers (Purchase and Sales side)
Raise payment for International Suppliers via the Clearing house

Deal with foreign currencies

Check purchase invoices

Entry of sales invoices onto the sales ledger system

Cash allocation payment received from customers and payments made to foreign suppliers.
